■ Images

 All products are photographed under fluorescent light or sunlight.

 

 We try to reduce the difference between the product and the image as much as possible, but there may be some color differences.  Also, depending on your mobile phone or computer environment, the color of the actual item may look different.  Please purchase after understanding and acknowledging.  (When viewing images on a mobile phone, please set the brightness of the mobile phone to the brightest.)

 

 For special effects such as stars and cat's eyes, we may shoot with penlight irradiation.

 

 

■ Color

 The description of the color of each product is based on our standards.  For detailed colors, please refer to the image or feel free to contact us by email.

 

 * When checking the color, please check it by the window where the sunlight comes in indirectly or under the sunlight on a sunny day.  If you check it under the indoor light, the color will look different.

 

 *Some of the products have colors that you can check in YouTube videos.  Please refer to the images on the product page.  Thank you.

 

 

■ Quality

  At our store, we may use the following 4 type of expressions to describe the stone in the product description.

 

  ・Loupe Clean : A quality that allows you to see only a small amount of inclusions or no inclusions using a Loupe.

  ・Eye Clean: Quality that can be seen with the naked eye without any inclusions or only a very small amount.

  ・Clearly visible inclusions: Quality that allows inclusions to be seen with the naked eye

  ・Accessor jewelry quality : Accessory quality (quality with inclusions and cracks)

 

  *Please feel free to contact us if you are concerned about the quality, as the confirmation of inclusions is our standard.

 

  Regarding unheated stones, if the stones have been identified, they are described as "unheated".

  In the case of "NH" and "unheated purchase", it is a stone that has not been identified as unheated.(There is no guarantee that it is unheated.)

  (Example) In the case of tanzanite, we inform you that we have purchased from unheated lots because Gem Laboratory cannot distinguish unheated ones.

  (Example) If NH is listed, it is purchased unheated and has not yet been identified.

 

 

 

■ Cut

 All stones are cut differently.  Please note that this is a natural stone.  In addition, we inform you of the description of the type of cut according to our standards.

 

 Please check the image on the product detail page for scratches on the cut surface.  Some of them have videos, so please check here as well.

 

 Please also check the image on the product detail page for any inclusions on the cut surface that appear on the surface and look like scratches.

 

 Please purchase only if you are satisfied with the images provided.

 

 If you would like to inspect the product with a Loupe after purchase, please refrain from purchasing.  As a matter of course, when inspecting with a Loupe, small surface scratches may be visible.  (It is also possible with the quality of the Loupe.) If you wish to inspect the Loupe after purchase, we will have to prepare dozens of product images for each stone. I'm sorry, but please put off the purchase and see it at an exhibition where you can directly see it before purchasing.  Thank you.

 

 

■ Stone Report 

 The results of stone report may differ depending on the identification agency, even for the same stone.  Regarding color and non-heating, opinions vary even for the same stone.

 Please contact us in advance if you would like to be identified.  In addition, we cannot return items that have newly acquired a certificate of authenticity or sorting.  note that.

 


■ Ring

 The ring size is measured with a ring gauge commonly used in Japan.
 Some rings can be resized and some cannot.
 Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.



■ Necklace

 The chain of the necklace is made to break so that it does not tighten the neck if it gets caught.
 Please handle with care.


■ Jewelry

 We manufacture jewelry in platinum or K18.

 K18 champagne gold is made in our standard champagne color.

 Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles such as injuries and property damage caused by jewelry.

 We are not responsible for any troubles caused by metal allergies, so please check if you have any allergies before purchasing.



 

■ Shipping

 Shipping is only on weekdays.  We do not ship on weekends and holidays.  note that.All jewelery is shipped in a jewelery box.

 

■ Returns

 After the product arrives, please check the order details to make sure there are no damages or mistakes.  In the unlikely event that there is damage, please send us a picture of the product and contact us.  In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace it with an item of the same quality or cancel it.

 

 

 

 In some cases, we accept returns due to differences in the image.

 ・It must be within 7 days after receiving the product.

 ・It must be within 7 days after receiving the product.

 ・Must not be used as it was at the time of sale

 In the case of a return due to customer's convenience, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.  When returning the product, please pack the product and send it back by courier.  The customer will be responsible for the fees (transfer fee, card settlement fee) that will be incurred when returning the product.  Refunds will be made by bank transfer after the arrival and confirmation of the returned product.

 

 

 The return period is 7 days from the arrival of the product.  Please note that we will not be able to accept returns after 7 days.
