How to order

 

・mages

We strive to minimize discrepancies between the images and the actual product, but slight variations in color may occur. Also, depending on your mobile phone or computer settings, the color may appear different from the actual product. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation before purchasing. (When viewing images on a mobile phone, please set your phone's brightness setting to the brightest setting.)

 

Images may include rings or accessories other than the actual product, such as sample arrangements or stacking styles. Please understand that items not mentioned in the product description are not included as accessories.

 

・Appraisal

If you would like an appraisal, please contact us in advance.

 

・Rings

Ring sizes are measured using a ring gauge commonly used in Japan.

Resizing and other procedures take approximately two weeks.

 

Square rings feel different when worn than round rings. We provide our estimates based on our experience.

Square rings cannot be resized. Thank you for your understanding. We can polish the inside of the ring and slightly increase the size, so please contact us for more information.

 

・Jewelry

Please note that we are not responsible for any injuries or property damage caused by jewelry.

We are also not responsible for any issues caused by metal allergies, so please check for allergies before purchasing.

 

The copyright of jewelry designs belongs to Colors. Jewelry and loose stones may be featured on Instagram and other platforms. Please let us know if you would prefer not to see this.

 

・Shipping

Shipping is only available on weekdays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

All jewelry is shipped in a jewelry box or pouch.

*Sale items will be shipped in simple packaging and a pouch.

If you would like a gift box for a sale item, please let us know (an additional charge applies).

 

Shipping is a flat rate of ?1,000 in Japan.

Free shipping on purchases over ?30,000 in japan.

 

・Returns

Upon receiving your order, please check the details to ensure there is no damage or errors. If there is any damage, please contact us and send us a photo of the item. In the event of damage during shipping, we will exchange the item for another of the same quality or cancel your order.

 

The return period is seven days from the date of receipt of the item. Please note that returns will not be accepted after seven days.

 

Returns/Refunds Not Eligible

Returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

- Items that have been used are not eligible for return.

- Items that have undergone a new appraisal are not eligible for return.

・Items not in the same condition as when sold will not be eligible for return.

 

・Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

 

・Semi-custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

 

・When purchasing jewelry, ring size changes or custom orders are also not eligible for return.

 

・Items received 7 days or more after delivery are not eligible for return.

 

*Finished items can be held for 6 months (6 months from the date of completion notification).

 

Items left after this period without a reply will be discarded. Thank you for your understanding.

Stone Quality

We sometimes use the following four terms to describe colored stones.

 

・Loupe Clean: No inclusions or only traces of inclusions detected with a loupe. 

・Eye Clean: No inclusions or only traces of inclusions detected with the naked eye. 

・Natural Inclusions: Inclusions visible to the naked eye. 

・Accessory Jewelry Quality: Accessory quality (many inclusions, many cracks).

 

*Inclusion detection is based on our own standards, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about quality.

 

About Unheated Stones

・Unheated OOO: If the stone has an unheated identification.

・Unheated Purchase: We inform you that the stone was purchased from an unheated lot. (This does not guarantee that the stone is unheated.)

・NH: We inform you that the stone was purchased from an unheated lot. (This does not guarantee that the stone is unheated.)

 

*Unheated OOO stones come with an identification. For example, unheated ruby.

 

Color

The color description of colored stones is based on our own standards. For detailed color information, please refer to the images or feel free to contact us by email.

 

Cut, Inclusions, and Inspection

Each stone has a unique cut. Each stone is individually cut by a skilled craftsman. Because the cut is determined by the stone's characteristics, most colored stones are not symmetrical.

Please note that these are natural stones.

 

If you would like to inspect the item with a magnifying glass after purchase, please refrain from purchasing.
