Transaction Terms

Please be sure to read before purchasing products. 
Before making a purchase, please check the description of each product. 

If communication regarding the transaction is necessary, please contact us via email, Instagram DM, or official Line. We strive to respond as quickly as possible, but there may be times when our reply is delayed. We usually respond within three business days, but if you do not receive a reply, please let us know.

Due to the recent surge in gold prices, we generally wait until the end of the month and make changes at the beginning of the month. In the event of an unexpected sharp rise in gold prices, we may revise the price urgently before the end of the month. Thank you for your understanding. 

Please rest assured that the price will not change after your order has been paid.




Images

Our company takes photographs to minimize the difference between the product and the images as much as possible; however, there may inevitably be slight color variations. Additionally, depending on the settings of your mobile phone or computer, the colors may appear different from the actual product. We ask for your understanding and acceptance before making a purchase. (When viewing images on a mobile phone, please set the brightness of your phone to the highest setting.)

Images may include arrangements or stacking samples, which may show rings or accessories other than the product. Please understand that items not listed in the product description are not included as accessories.

Certification
Please consult with us in advance if you wish to receive a certificate.


Ring
The ring size is measured using a ring gauge commonly used in Japan and we will inform you of the measured size.
It takes about two weeks for adjustments such as resizing of the ring.

Regarding square rings, the wearing feel is different from that of round rings. We will provide information based on our wearing experience.
Square rings cannot be resized. Please understand this. The inside of the ring can be polished, which allows for a slight size increase, so please consult us if you wish.


Jewelry
Regarding one-of-a-kind jewelry, the stock changes daily, especially during event periods. We will check the stock when you place an order. Please understand that it may be out of stock.

Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for troubles such as injuries or property damage caused by jewelry. We also cannot take responsibility for troubles related to metal allergies, so please check for any allergies before purchasing.

The design copyright of the jewelry belongs to Colors. Jewelry and loose stones may be featured on Instagram and other platforms. Please let us know if you do not wish this.


Shipping  
Shipping is only available on weekdays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Thank you for your understanding.  
All jewelry is sent in a jewelry box or pouch at the time of shipping.  
*For sale items, they will be shipped with simple packaging or in a pouch.  
If you would like a box for a sale item, please let us know. (Additional charges will apply.)  

The shipping fee is a flat rate of ?1,000 nationwide.  
Free shipping is available for purchases over ?50,000.


Returns  
After receiving the product, please check your order to confirm that there are no damages or mistakes. In the unlikely event that there is damage, please send us a photo of the product and contact us. In cases of damage during shipping, we will either exchange the item for one of the same quality or process a cancellation.  

The return period is 7 days from the date of product receipt. Please understand that we cannot accept returns after 7 days have passed.


Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products that have been used are not eligible for returns.
- If a new appraisal has been obtained, the item is not eligible for return.
- Items that are not in the state in which they were sold are not eligible for return.
- Custom jewelry created after consultation based on design is not eligible for return.
- Semi-custom jewelry selected from stones is also not eligible for return.
- For jewelry purchases, changes in ring size or orders are not eligible for return.
- Items received more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for return.

* The storage period for completed items is 6 months (from the notification of completion). Items for which there has been no response after this period will be disposed of. Thank you for your understanding.
