How to order

・ Images

All products are photographed indoors under fluorescent ceiling lights, indirect sunlight, or sunlight.

We try to minimize the difference between the product and the image, but there may be some color differences. Also, depending on your mobile phone or computer environment, the color may look different from the actual product. Please understand and acknowledge this before purchasing. (When viewing images on your mobile phone, please set your mobile phone to the brightest setting.)

Rings and accessories other than the product may be reflected in the images, such as arrangements and stacking samples. Please understand that items not listed in the product description are not included.

・Identification 

Please contact us in advance if you would like an appraisal. Please note that items that have received a new appraisal certificate or sorting cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.

The results of stone identification may vary depending on the appraisal agency, even for the same stone. Opinions vary even for the same stone regarding color and non-heating.

Even for diamonds, the descriptions may differ depending on the appraisal agency.

・Rings

Ring sizes are measured using a ring gauge commonly used in Japan and notified to you.

It takes about two weeks for processing such as ring resizing.

・Jewelry

We make custom jewelry in platinum or K18. Some items are K10. K18 champagne gold is made in our standard champagne color.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any injuries or property damage caused by jewelry.

We cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by metal allergies, so please check for allergies before purchasing.

The copyright of jewelry designs belongs to Colors. Jewelry and loose stones may be introduced on Instagram, live, etc. Please let us know if you do not wish to do so.

・Shipping

We only ship on weekdays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

All jewelry is shipped in a jewelry box or pouch.

*Sale items will be shipped in simple packaging and in a pouch.

If you would like a box for sale items, please let us know. (Additional charges apply.)

Shipping costs are ?1,000 nationwide.

Free shipping for purchases over ￥30,000.

 

・Returns and refunds not applicable

Returns and refunds are not applicable in the following cases.

- Products that have been used cannot be returned.

- Products that have been appraised are not eligible for return.

- Products that are not in the same condition as when they were sold are not eligible for return.

- Custom jewelry cannot be returned.

- Semi-custom jewelry cannot be returned.

- When purchasing jewelry, changes to the ring size or orders are also not eligible for return.

- Products received 7 days after arrival are not eligible for return.
